Yummy Yogurt Parfait

Serving size: 1
Ingredients:
•1 cup low fat plain yogurt
• ¼ cup granola/cereals (30g)
• ¼ cup strawberries, diced (50g)
• ¼ cup blueberries (50g)
• 1/2 teaspoon chia seed

Instructions:
1. Add chia seed into yogurt and stir gently.
2. Layer 1/2 cup low fat yogurt into the bottom of a tall glass.
3. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until the glass is filled to the top.
4. Serve immediately to keep granola crunchy.
